Privacy Policy for IndFlow

IndFlow helps users manage business workflow data such as projects, clients, invoices, contracts, payments, expenses, calendar events, and settings.

Information We Collect

• Email address and account identifier for authentication.
• Name or Google profile information when provided through Google Sign-In.
• User-created business records, including projects, tasks, clients, invoices, contracts, payments, expenses, and calendar events.
• App settings and preferences.
• Basic usage and diagnostic data provided by Firebase or the Android platform.

How We Use Data

We use data to create accounts, sync user records, secure app access, provide support, maintain reliability, and prevent abuse.

Third-Party Services

IndFlow uses Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Core, Google Sign-In, local notifications, secure storage, biometric authentication, and related Flutter/Android libraries.

Data Sharing

We do not sell user data. We do not share user data with advertisers. Data is processed by service providers used to operate the app, including Google Firebase services.

Security

Data transmitted to Firebase services is encrypted in transit. No internet or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Account Deletion and Data Retention

Users can delete their account inside the app from Settings by selecting DELETE_ACCOUNT. This deletes the Firebase account and user-owned IndFlow data stored under the user's Firestore record.

Users who no longer have the app installed can request account and data deletion through the IndFlow account deletion page or by emailing Gribyassine@gmail.com.

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Some records may be retained only when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution reasons.

Children's Privacy

IndFlow is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
